Terms for Sellers

By listing a domain on our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Authority
You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the domain or have full authority to sell it. We reserve the right to ask for proof of domain ownership verification for you. We can utilize the information provided by you to verify this information as well. The domain must not infringe on any third-party rights, including trademarks or intellectual property. 

2. Account
You cannot have more than one account on platform.

3. Accurate Listings

All information provided in your listing must be truthful and not misleading. The purchase includes domain name only and any associated assets.

4. Pricing and Fees

You are responsible for setting the bid price. Our platform charges success fees after the successful completion of transaction. Current Fee Structure for success fees is as per below. You agree to make the payment within 3 days of completion of transfer.

5. Transfer Obligations

Buying and Selling of the domains is strictly a process between Buyer and Seller. NameFit.com does not provide any Escrow services. We recommend the standard Escrow services and follow their guidelines and terms for transfer of names. 

Upon successful acceptance of your bid, you agree

5.1 To sell the domain at the price the bid was accepted. Site uses USD for currency/listing of bids.
5.2 Have NameFit.com share your email address with the buyer

5.3 Include NameFit.com (info@namefit.com) in all communications with the buyer

5.4 Transfer the domain to the buyer using the agreed transfer method within 5 days
5.5 That you will not hold NameFit.com of any liable for dispute or loss arising out of transactions arising out of use of NameFit.com

Failure to do so may result in adverse ratings, account restriction or even account suspension.

6. Prohibited Domains
You may not list domains that 

- Violate trademark or copyright laws

- Are associated with illegal activities

- Contain malicious or deceptive intent

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, you agree to cooperate in good faith with both the buyer and the platform. The platform may mediate but is not liable for disputes between users.

8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities conducted under it.

9. Right to Remove Listings/Accounts
We reserve the right to remove any listings/accounts that violates our policies or applicable laws without prior notice.
