Terms for Buyers

By use of our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Account
You cannot have more than one account on platform.

2. Request/Demand Creation
You are responsible for checking the details of your request and agree to abide by terms of your request. A request once created cannot be modified. Please do not provide any confidential information in your request as the request will be a public information and will be shared on social media.

3. Transaction Process
Buying and Selling of the domains is strictly a process between Buyer and Seller. NameFit.com does not provide any Escrow services. We recommend the standard Escrow services and follow their guidelines and terms for transfer of names. 

Upon successful acceptance of bid, you agree

3.1 To buy the domain at the price the bid was accepted. Site uses USD for currency/listing of requests/bids.
3.2 Have NameFit.com share your email address with the seller

3.3 Include NameFit.com (info@namefit.com) in all communications with the seller

3.4 Complete the Domain transfer process using the agreed transfer method within 5 days
3.5 That you will not hold NameFit.com of any liable for dispute or loss arising out of transactions arising out of use of NameFit.com

Failure to do so may result in adverse ratings, account restriction or even account suspension.

4. Pricing and Fees

Our platform will charge 'Success fees' after the successful completion of transaction. Current Fee Structure for success fees is as per below.  You agree to make the payment within 3 days of completion of transfer.

4. No Guarantee of Value
We do not guarantee the future value, traffic, or profitability of any domain purchased on the platform.

5. Refund Policy
Since NameFit.com is not involved in any transfer process, this clause is not applicable. Regarding the Success Fees paid to NameFit.com, since Success Fee is collected after successful completion of transfer, it is non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use purchased domains for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

7. Dispute Handling
In case of disputes, you agree to cooperate in good faith with both the seller and the platform. The platform may mediate but is not liable for disputes between users.

8. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and ensuring that all transactions are authorized.
